All G320/340 reed engines now come with a V2 reed case as well as reed valve. The V2 case has been redesigned to produce more power and eliminate the need for a mesh mod without effecting cooling or air flow.

Big thanks to Dave@Turtle Racing for all of your help making these cases. Designed similar to our current reed cases with a replaceable fan cover. We've stuffed the case and taken out as much case volume as possible to help with performance. We've also changed the geometry in the transfer bowls to flow more fuel. We've used a similar intake tract that has been proven on our dyno and flow bench to produce more power. This engine is rated at 9.1hp with a max rpm of over 20,000 on our dyno. Gearing, car/truck weight, exhaust etc will be a factor in rpm's. This engine is fully modified just like our 29.5cc and 30.5cc reed engines. We modify the transfer ports, piston, intake port, exhaust port, cut and reshape combustion chamber and change duration's to our specs as well as cut a boost port and window the piston to match. This engine comes complete with clutch(Air filter and exhaust not included). You have the option to order this engine with or without a carb. This engine has the same size exhaust port as the current 22.5cc - 30.5cc engines so a new pipe is not needed.
All G320RC/G340RC reeds are now V2 cases with V2 reed valves. The V2 case has been redesigned to produce more power and eliminate the need for a mesh mod without effecting cooling or air flow. V2 reed valves come with a Delrin isolator to prevent heat transfer from the case to the carb.
Complete reed case for the G320RC/G340RC engine only!! This case can be bolted up to a stock G320RC but at the minimum the intake port and pulse hole need to be epoxied. To get the full potential out of the case reed porting is required. This case comes complete with hardware, bearings, seals, snap ring, reed block gasket and reed petals/tensioner plates. This case does not use a gasket to seal the two halves and a good gasket sealer such as threebond 1211 is required.
<p>This crankcase only fits the Zenoah G320RC/G340RC engine! We've clearanced the inside of the crankcase for a +2mm stroke. You can expect a small gain in performance by just installing this crankcase. We've removed the excess volume from the crankcase to help with throttle response. Transfer bowls have been changed to help with flow and oil holes have been added to prolong crankcase bearing life. Cases come complete with nachi crankcase bearings, snap ring and oil seals installed. Just like our other cases we went with a 3 piece design. If you're ever to crack the fan cover mount it can be replaced by itself instead of having to purchase a complete crankcase. There is not a gasket that seals the two case halves. A good gasket sealant such as threebond 1211 needs to be used.</p>

This engine is modified (porting machining) exactly the same as our reed G320RC with the addition of a 2mm stroker to get the displacement up to 34cc. The HP difference isn't huge because this engine produces more torque and at a lower rpm. You can expect quite a bit more torque over the G320 and top ends are very close. The crankcase has been machined to accept the 2mm stroker without rubbing or binding.

6325 - TR/OBR Billet G320RC / G340RC Bolt On Performance Transfer Port Covers
<p>These are not a copy of the stock Zenoah transfer port plates. These are a performance upgrade that add up to 0.5hp. Billet transfer port covers for the G320RC and G340RC engines(not compatible with 22.5cc - 30.5cc engines). The angles and volume of these plates has been changed to increase power. We've seen a power gain on both stock and ported engines. Clutch and flywheel side plates are included with hardware. Sealant is required when installing.</p>

This engine is now available with the option to add a +1mm stroke crankshaft to increase the displacement to 47cc. From our testing the added stroke helps with more torque and mid range power.
This engine is only available for the Losi 5ive-T 1.0 and Rovan/clone trucks. The complete kit comes with everything needed to install and run. This is a direct bolt up with no modifications required and fits under the stock cage/body without trimming. The kit includes a fully ported/modified 46cc engine, OBR pipe, Turtle Racing mounting kit, DT1 air filter and a BBRC hardened 26T pinion. The pinion will mesh perfectly with the stock 58T center drive/spur gear and the stock 19T chassis spacers.
Every cylinder is ported and then sent out for treatment that is done here in the states. The treatment helps bond the chrome plating to the cylinder and significantly strengthens it without making the plating brittle. At the same time Molybdenum Disulfide is embedded into the plating to reduce friction. The reduction in friction increases power and the life of the engine. This treatment also significantly increase the cylinders ability to retain oil. To match we also have the piston and ring treated. After the treatment we find these engines to be just as reliable as a Zenoah if not more but with longer life due to the treatment done to the top end. We are so confident in this engine's reliability that we back it with a full warranty. The warranty covers our porting, manufactures defects, plating failures but does not cover user error. Please contact us for more information on our warranty policy. This engine comes standard with a 78mm 3 shoe clutch and has a much longer life than the stock Zenoah/CY 54mm clutches that are commonly used. It also comes with a pullstart similar to the Zenoah marine EZ start with cogs. This makes the engine extremely easy to start and longer lasting than the stock Zenoah/CY pullstart's commonly used on the 23-34cc engines. We've fully ported similar to the specs of our 28.5cc - 34cc engines to enhance the power considerably over stock. We have also decked the cylinder to raise the compression. An over-sized finned flywheel is used to prevent any cooling issues.
This kit is a direct bolt up and no major modifications are required. The stock throttle linkage will need to be modified to work or we provide a new linkage rod with the kit. The Turtle Racing mounting kit is fully CNC'd from 6061 billet aluminum and is absolutely bulletproof. We've added an extra brace from the engine to the center diff to fully lock down the engine so that hard running/jumping is not an issue.
There is a lead time on this engine due to the high amount of labor that goes into porting/building as well as having the cylinder treated. If this is an issue please contact prior to ordering.
It's not shown in the picture but we have to cut out a small section of the crankcase and fan cover to clear the center drive shaft. It does not hurt the integrity of the engine what so ever. The pipe has been changed slightly from what is shown in the picture. We've move the pipe to be able to get to the carb needles easier. We have also switched from the o-ring style exhaust header to a coupler header to prevents leaks.

This V2 reed valve is an upgrade for any of our reed engines(28.5cc - 34cc) We've added an isolator to keep the carb from heating as well as opened up the volume in the reed to flow more fuel/air improving power. You will see an instant performance gain by simply removing your V1 reed and installing the V2. Two gaskets are included for both sides of the isolator as well as two sets of carb bolts to cover most air filter setups. Reed petals are not included.

OBR billet intake manifold for all engines 22.5cc through 30.5cc. We've found the big down side to a billet intake manifold is the transfer of heat from the cylinder to the carb. We've done a thick isolator similar to our V2 reed which has proven to not transfer heat or leak. Match porting to the cylinder has been improved over the stock intake manifold. You will need to use carb bolts about 5mm longer then your currently using due to the thickness of the isolator.
